Can I store my luggage if I arrive before my room is ready?
Yes. You're welcome to store your luggage with us and relax at the hotel while your room is being prepared. Our bellboy is happy to assist with your bags.

We're at 201 Phangmuang Sai Gor Road, Pa Tong, Kathu District, Phuket 83150, Thailand — 900 m from Patong Beach and 900 m from Bangla Road, with Jungceylon Shopping Mall 1.2 km away and Phuket International Airport about 34 km away.
Is there an airport transfer to the hotel?
Yes. Please request an airport transfer at least 2 days before arrival. Once approved, proceed to the relevant gate — domestic arrivals at Gate 1, international arrivals at Gate 3 — where our representative will be waiting with a placard showing your name and the hotel name. Last-minute cancellation of the pickup incurs a THB 300 penalty.
